§ Mr. Kenneth CarlisleMy Department has received a number of representations about this proposal. However, the extent of the bypass and the priority given to its construction are matters for Hereford and Worcester county council, which is responsible for the B4084. We shall consider the case for transport supplementary grant when a detailed proposal is put to us by the county council.
