The Minister of State, Home Office (Earl Ferrers)The Government keep the operation of the 1991 Act under general review. We regularly receive comments from many organisations and individuals, and there is frequently contact with the enforcement authorities on aspects of the Act's operation. No formal consultation exercise is currently being carried out.
