§ Mr. Allan StewartAs far as I am aware, the Government's guarantee is being fully met in Grampian region. Meeting the guarantee is a condition of the contract between Scottish Enterprise and the local enterprise company, Grampian Enterprise Ltd. Scottish Enterprise monitors compliance with the contract; and would draw attention to failure to meet the guarantee.
