§ Mr. FraserTo ask the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will place in the Library a copy of his reply to Turney Road Residents Association to its letter of 19 March 1991 about compensation for environmental damages.
§ Mr. YeoMy Department replied to the association's letter at official level on 23 April. Although it is not the custom with correspondence of this kind, I have on this occasion placed copies of the reply in the Library.
