To ask the Secretary of State for Wales if he will list the county councils which charge relatives or deceased AIDS victims more than the standard burial charge; and if he will make a statement.

Information on the fees charged by burial authorities in Wales is not held centrally. The level of fees is a matter for the burial authorities to determine.
