§ Mr. CurryThis Ministry works closely with other Departments in operating a comprehensive range of measures under the Prevention of Oil Pollution Act 1971 and the Food and Environment Protection Act 1985 to protect fisheries, and the marine environment generally, from pollution originating offshore.
