§ Mr. Colin ShepherdTo ask the Secretary of State for the Environment on how many occasions in each of the last 10 years has(a) the South Herefordshire district council granted a planning permission as a departure from the structure plan, (b) such a planning consent been granted as a result of an appeal and (c) if he will give the same information for other non-metropolitan district councils in England.
