§ Mr. DorrellTotal revenue expenditure by Dorset health authority for the financial year 1979–80 equates to some £116,807,000 at 1990–91 prices.
The total revenue expenditure by the successor East and West Dorset health authorities in the financial year 1990–91 was £165,860,000.
These figures represent an increase in real terms of some 30 per cent.
