HL Deb 21 March 1991 vol 527 c46WA
Baroness Masham of Ilton

asked Her Majesty's Government:

What progress has been made about the proposed review of continence services

The Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State, Department of Health (Baroness Hooper):

Officials have started work on a review of policy and practice across the range of continence services, including the supply of continence aids. We are already aware of the variety of provision and the aim of the review will be to identify good practice in the organisation and delivery of such services and to make recommendations for action designed to promote that good practice throughout the country. Officials have been asked to deliver their report by the end of June 1991. I shall make the report available in the Library and to interested bodies.
