To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland on what date he expects the A7 Edinburgh to Galashiels trunk route bypass of Eskbank to be opened to traffic.

Mr. Lang

Construction work on the A7 Dalkeith western bypass is expected to be completed and the road opened to traffic this summer several months ahead of schedule.
