12. Mr.To ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland whether he has had any recent discussions with the Government of the Republic of Ireland concerning extradition.

Extradition was discussed at the last meeting of the Anglo-Irish Inter-Governmental Conference on 31 January. A copy of the joint statement has been placed in the Library.
