§ Mr. FallonThe Secretaries of State for Education and Science and Wales have today laid before Parliament regulations to amend the Education (Approval of Special Schools) Regulations 1983. The Department has also issued circular 3/91, which replaces circular 6/83 and explains the updated requirements for the approval of special schools. A copy has been placed in the Library.
