§ Mr. RentonThe Museums and Galleries Commission enjoys a good working relationship with the area museum councils in the United Kingdom. From the grant-in-aid it is to receive from the Office of Arts and Libraries in 1991–92, the commission has allocated nearly £3.3 million to the area museum councils in England. This represents an overall increase of 15 per cent. on the allocations for 1990–91.
