To ask the Secretary of State for Transport if he will list the punctuality performance targets which have been set for(a) InterCity and (b) other British Rail services.

The following table shows the punctuality targets for British Rail's InterCity, Network SouthEast and regional passenger sectors:

	Targets
(a) InterCity	90 per cent. Of all trains to arrive plus or minus 10 minutes
(b) Network SouthEast	88 per cent. of peak trains to arrive plus or minus 5 minutes
	92 per cent. of all trains to arrive plus or minus 5 minutes
Regional	90 per cent. of express and longer distance rural trains to arrive plus or minus 10 minutes
	90 per cent. or urban and shorter distance rural trains to arrive plus or minus 5 minutes
