§ Mr. Peter LloydMr. Curtis Howard was removed from the United Kingdom to the United States of America as an illegal entrant on 5 July 1990 and his passport was endorsed to show this. Police inquiries into his more recent movements are continuing, but I understand that Mr. Howard did not gain entry in his true identity.
