§ Mr. YeoThe regional mix-adjusted house price index based on the survey of building society mortgage completions is published annually by the Department. The latest figures, for 1990, are in table 5.11 of "Regional Trends 26", a copy of which is in the Library. The quarterly mix-adjusted index, at the national level—United Kingdom—is published in part 2 of the quarterly edition of "Housing and Construction Statistics: Great Britain". The index for the second quarter of 1991 is not yet available.
