§ Mr. BaldryI have today placed copies in the Library of both the report of the marine pollution monitoring management group—MPMMG—on, "The Principles and Practice of Monitoring in UK Coastal Waters" and the Government's response to it. This response sets out the Government's views for the future of marine monitoring around our shores in the light of the recommendations made by MPMMG.
