§ Mr. David HuntI have received written or oral representations from the Assembly of Welsh Counties, the Council of Welsh Districts, the Wales Association of Community and Town Councils, members of the Conservative party, Plaid Cymru, and the Liberal Democrat party, a number of individual local authorities and councillors. I have also received a large number of letters from members of the public.
