§ Mr. David HuntMy Department and the Welsh Development Agency are actively pursuing practical links with all these regions. I have already visited Rhone-Alpes and plan to visit Baden-Wurttemberg later this year. My right hon. Friend the Minister of State has visited Lombardy and plans to visit Catalonia later this year.
