§ Mr. Archie HamiltonThe cash plans for defence announced last autumn are being reviewed in this year's public expenditure survey in the light of the development of our plans for the restructuring of the armed forces. The level of funding required in 1992–93 and the two following years will be announced in the autumn statement.
