To ask the Secretary of State for Health if he will give the names and addresses of the general practices that will be budget holders in Northumberland from 1 April.

I understand from the chairman of the Northern regional health authority that there are eight general practices within the Northumberland family health services authority participating in the first wave of fundholding. The hon. Member may wish to contact Mr. Peter Carr, the chairman of the Northern regional health authority for details.
