§ Mr. Tony BanksTo ask the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will provide a table showing, separately for each year of the last five financial years, the allocation of resources to each urban programme authority and the level of spending achieved by each authority.
§ Mr. Key[holding answer 27 June 1991]: The total amounts of (a) urban programme expenditure allocated to local authorities in England and (b) expenditure outturn achieved by those authorities, for each year from 1986–87 to 1990–91, were as follows:
