In what way the Nature Conservancy Council will be formally consulted by the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food Hill Livestock Compensatory Allowance (HLCA) Task Force in identifying options to improve the effectiveness of agricultural support in delivering environmental benefits in the uplands.
§ The Minister of State, Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food (Baroness Trumpington)The Government are considering whether existing environmental benefits afforded by HLCAs should be made more specific. It will consult fully with the Nature Conservancy Council and other interested bodies before reaching conclusions.
