HL Deb 24 January 1991 vol 525 c13WA
Lord Blease

asked Her Majesty's Government:

Whether, and if so when, they intend to publish a Northern Ireland version of the Victim's Charter —a Statement of the Rights of Victims of Crime issued by the Home Office on 22nd February 1990 for England, Wales and Scotland.

The Paymaster General (Lord Belstead)

The issue of a charter for Northern Ireland is currently under consideration and interested parties are being consulted. The Government hope to make an announcement later this year.
