Whether, and if so when, they intend to publish a Northern Ireland version of the Victim's Charter —a Statement of the Rights of Victims of Crime issued by the Home Office on 22nd February 1990 for England, Wales and Scotland.
§ The Paymaster General (Lord Belstead)The issue of a charter for Northern Ireland is currently under consideration and interested parties are being consulted. The Government hope to make an announcement later this year.
