§ Baroness BlatchCopies of the consultation paper were sent to the organisations listed below and to editors of national and specialist medias, and were also placed in the Libraries of both Houses of Parliament. About 250 further copies were issued subsequently at the request of various professional and academic organisations and private individuals who expressed an interest.
