We have received a number of representations about our earlier proposals relating to dual ownership of Channel 3 licences, and my right hon. Friend announced on 28 January, in response to a question from my hon. Friend the Member for Westminster, North (Sir J. Wheeler), an additional temporary restriction on ownership of licences covering contiguous areas.
