§ Mr. Garel-JonesThe Ministers of the Community and the Rio group, meeting in Luxembourg on 26 and 27 April, discussed extending co-operation in a wide range of areas including trade, investment and the environment, in the context of the institutional framework established between the European Community and the Rio group.
