§ Mr. AtkinsConsultants are to be appointed later this year to investigate options for carrying out the work—the preferred scheme is expected to be announced in 1990.
358WSubsequent progress would depend upon the nature of the scheme selected and the statutory procedures involved. Completion could be achieved by the late 1990s.
