Whether Broadmoor, Rampton and Park Lane Hospitals are covered by Crown Immunity.

As National Health Service hospitals, the Special Hospitals are covered, at present, by Crown Immunity. The National Health Service and Community Care Bill includes provision for the removal of Crown Immunity from all National Health Service hospitals, including the Special Hospitals.
