To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will review the contract of Cleancare Ltd. in the light of its employment of persons under 16 years.

All contracts for cleaning Scottish Office buildings are kept under continual review.

To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will list the Government properties Cleancare Ltd. has been contracted to clean.

The Scottish Office properties, which are all in Edinburgh, are New Register house; Pentland house; Saughton house; 16 Waterloo place; and the Ancient Monuments depot, Edinburgh castle.
