To ask the Secretary of State for Health how many conceptions in 1988(a) led to maternities and (b) were terminated under the terms of the Abortion Act 1967, among residents of England and Wales aged under 14 years, 14 years, 15 years, 16 years, 17 years, 18 years and 19 years; and in each case, what was the rate per 1,000 population in each age group.
