To ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland when he will publish his considered reply to the second report of the Standing Committee on Human Rights.

I refer the hon. Member to the reply given to my hon. Friend the Member for Welwyn Hatfield (Mr. Evans) on 26 June at columns154–55. We intend awaiting comments on the report (Cm. 1107) from any interested persons or organisations prior to coming to any conclusions.
