§ Mr. Archie HamiltonThe majority of the British military contingent will be returning from Namibia towards the end of January. It is planned that the remainder will return by early April in accordance with682W UNTAG's overall withdrawal plan. The contributions of the British armed forces and the civilian election advisers have been widely recognised as key elements in the successful involvement of the United Nations in helping Namibia achieve independence, and the House will wish to pay tribute to those concerned for their dedication and professionalism.
