§ Mr. FallonNo specific guidance on the use of irradiated food in schools is being issued. In common with all other catering establishments, local education authorities which choose to use irradiated products will be required so to inform consumers under the Food Labelling (Amendment) (Irradiated Food) Regulations 1990.
