The Minister of State, Home Office (Earl Ferrers)A Home Office scrutiny, which began in early52WA December, is examining current practices in providing access to, and disclosure from, criminal records. The report of the scrutiny is due in April 1991. In the light of its findings, the Government will consider whether any changes to the arrangements governing access would be appropriate.
