§ Mr. GummerHis Royal Highness The Prince of Wales invited Mr. Carlo Ripa di Meana, European Commissioner for the Environment and Mr. Ray Macsharry, European Commissioner for Agriculture, to visit Sandringham on 19–20 April. My right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for the Environment and I were also invited. Our discussions covered a wide range of issues.
