§ Mr. ForthI have received representations from the Department of Health, the Women's Environmental Network, and the hon. Members for Barking (Ms. Richardson) and for Birmingham, Ladywood (Ms. Short). The industry has agreed to improve the safety labelling on the outside of packets of tampons and on the leaflet enclosed, and the Department of Health is content that these improved warnings are an adequate safeguard.
