To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what matters were discussed at the Meeting of European Community Foreign Ministers on 14 and 15 October; and if he will make a statement on the outcome of the meeting.

There were informal discussions on a range of Community and European political co-operation issues, including eastern Europe.
