§ Mr. SainsburyMr. Smith was arrested in Athens on 10 October 1989. He was subsequently charged with possession of radioactive material and smuggling and is remanded in custody. The case is under investigation by the Greek authorities. Mr. Smith is legally represented. Consular access has been granted.
