§ The Minister of State, Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food (Baroness Trumpington)It is for the European Commission to make decisions on requests from individual arts bodies for European Community funds. The European Community Chamber Orchestra's application will be evaluated by the Commission on its merits, with due regard to budgetary constraints.
