§ Lord James Douglas-HamiltonMy right hon. and learned Friend the Secretary of State is presently receiving, from businesses in Scotland, copies of their responses to the Secretary of State for Transport's consultative document on Scottish lowland airports policy. The consultation exercise ends on 29 November and any submissions received will be taken fully into account in the review now in progress.
