§ Mr. RyderFollowing publication of the Southwood report on bovine spongiform encephalopathy, I announced that I intend, as a precautionary measure, to introduce legislation prohibiting the sale of baby foods contaning brains or other specified offal. I hope to circulate draft regulations for public consultation shortly.
