How many holders of the office of Lord Advocate since the Act of Union have held the legal qualifications of membership of the Bar of England and Wales only.

The Lord Advocate (Lord Fraser of Carmyllie)

In the period in question no Lord Advocate has been legally qualified only by virtue of such membership.
