§ Mr. Chris PattenWe shall maintain the existing programme of English language training and scholarships for Namibians living both within and outside the country, at a cost of about £1.5 million annually. I announced recently a contribution of £500,000 towards the programme for the repatriation of refugees being undertaken by the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees. We are ready to help also with the costs of relocating exiled Namibian institutions.
