§ Mr. Chris PattenI pay tribute to the remarkable fund-raising achievement of comic relief and to the generosity of the British public. We are currently discussing with comic relief how we can fund projects with it so that the proceeds go much further. The aid programme is planned to grow in real terms over the next three years.
