§ The Attorney-GeneralThe Public Record Office does not distinguish between commercial genealogists and other users in respect of fees and charges made for services it provides. The full range of fees currently charged, under section 2(5) of the Public Records Act 1958, is set out in the Public Record Office (Fees) Regulations 1988 (1988 No. 1385).
