However, regional and national estimates of completions of new one-bedroom flats appear in table 6.8(a) of "Housing and Construction Statistics 1977–1987". For recent quarters, the percentages of new flats with one bedroom (excluding housing association completions) appear in table 1.6 of the quarterly publication "Housing and Construction Statistics.
