To ask the Minister for the Arts if he will examine the possibility of direct funding for the Bulwell and district arts groups.

§ Mr. Luce
No. I fund the arts on the arm's-length principle. It is for the Arts Council and regional arts associations to determine the allocation of funds to individual arts groups.
