To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment when he proposes to announce a decision in respect of(a) the City of Leeds (Kirkgate Market Area) Compulsory Purchase Order 1987 and (b) the City of Leeds (Kirkgate Market Area) Compulsory Purchase (No. 2) Order 1987, following the public inquiry held in April 1988.
