§ Mr. Michael ForsythThe Scottish Sports Council has been advised to plan for grant-in-aid amounting to £4.92 million in 1989–90. Other centrally funded agencies can be expected to make a further significant contribution to sports and leisure activities. Central Government will continue to support local government expenditure through revenue support grant, which will not be hypothecated to individual services.
